Welcome to the My Mind's Eye blog everyone! This is Tonya here with you today with a few cards that feature the Sherbet collection from the brand new Jubilee lineup of products.
I'm a big fan of purple so I was immediately drawn to this line. My Mind's Eye has come out with some new items with this collection and there are specifically three that I wanted to focus on.Each card features one of these items.
First up is the metallic printed transparencies. I'm telling you...these are so cool!
To adhere this transparency to the card I simple placed foam squares underneath many of the polka dots. This helped to give the transparency some depth. Love the way that you can see the bottom portion of the 'hello you' tab peeking through.
This second card features the new laser die cuts that come in the journal card packets. I backed the heart with the floral paper and then backed the corners with some glitter paper. The sentiment is cut out of one of the pieces of paper in the paper pad.

This last card focuses on the new rub ons. I was so excited to see these!!! They seriously go on like butter, easy peasy no muss or fuss! The ones in this collection are metallic silver (difficult to photograph, but you get the idea!).
