Happy Wednesday, Everyone! Jana Eubank here. I am in LOVE with the
coral, aqua, mint, and yellow color combination that is so hot right now
... which means I am pretty much in love with the Find Your Wings and Fly:Sky's the Limit collection these days. I love the beautiful hot air
balloons in this collection and decided to feature them in a special
way on this page of my daughter.
Supplies:Find Your Wings & Fly-Sky's the Limit:Floral Paper, Tiled Paper, Look Paper, Up and Away Paper, 12 x 12
Sticker Accessories, 12 x 12 Chipboard Accessories, Layered Stickers,
Decorative Brads, Decorative Tape;Misc: Light Aqua cardstock, Vellum, Clear
plastic report cover, Electronic die cut machine, Embossing machine,
Embossing folders, White acrylic paint, Distress Stickles, Circle punch,
Scissors, Trimmer, Adhesive, Foam dots
I used my electronic die cut machine to cut out clear plastic cloud
shapes. Next, I embossed them. I wanted the patterns in the clouds to
show up a bit more, so I swiped some white acrylic paint on them and
then added a bit of sparkle to them with distress
stickles. They look great with the hot air balloons!
To balance the opposite side of the top of the page I added a band of striped patterned paper and a few pennants and decorative brads.
I kept the feeling of the page soft throughout by matting the photos and title sticker with white vellum.
Thanks so much for taking the time to stop by today! I hope you have a wonderfully creative day.
