Sometimes it seems like A sides get allllll the attention. They are bolder, bigger patterns and what you notice first. But don't forget about B sides. The smaller scale/more subtle patterns are priceless. They can add so much pop to your project!
Today Jana and Tamara are here to share layouts using B sides. Enjoy!
Jana Says:I'm loving the color combination in the All is Bright collection. It's so refreshing to see soft blue, aqua, white, kraft, and deep red used together in a holiday collection.
I know that my holiday photos will really shine against these colors and that I'll be able to use this collection for my winter photos,as well! But that is not all these papers can be used for . . . when looking at just the "B" sides of the patterned papers, I realized that there are many, many more opportunities waiting for me to use this collection.
This collection would be great to use for patriotic and even everyday memories. Today, I actually decided to use these papers to create a school themed page of my daughter in her student body sweater.

Tamara says:For this layout, I thought it would be fun to explore the b-sides of the the summery and bright “On the Sunny Side” Collection.
I decided to use a color blocking format to add focus to the fabulous papers that coordinated perfectly with my photos. The chipboard accessories and brads added the perfect touch.

Tamara says:Since I was on a roll with this fun collection, I just had to create another layout. 4 of the 5 papers I used were the “B sides”. I combined the chipboard and accessories sheet banners to create the festive border along the bottom.
Can you believe the amazing array of decorative brads from this collection? I also cut out along the chevron pattern to add an interesting border along the top.
