So much I am grateful for. Grateful for my sweet little family God has blessed me with - my 3 healthy, precious babies - and grateful that my littlest (born almost 3 months ago!) made it home from the NICU after only a week - a long week, but only a week, nonetheless. Grateful for my amazing husband who loves me and supports me unconditionally and who loves our babies so, so much. Love Monika and love her mini albums!! Thank you for the chance to win! :)
